Perdigão will be able to immediately ship 120 containers of chicken feet and wings to China. Three plants received authorization from the Chinese authorities to export the product - Rio Verde (GO), Serafina Correa (RS) and Dourados (MS) - and the company has already signed several agreements with clients from that country. The feet are the preferred cut of the Chinese, who love to savor them in soups, marinades or smoked foods. The foot is also sold there as a snack, which people chew on as they watch television. The products will be exported with the company's international brand, Perdix, in packaging in Chinese.
